War Goal removed from war, when subject integrated

Playing as Parnia, fighting war for the province of Parthia (owned by Parthia, subject of Selucid Empire). Selucid Empire is war leader, and integrates its subject Parthia in the war's 11th or 12th year.
This results in war goal being removed from the war: my war score drops by 25 (from 70 down to 45), and the war is now without CB. I am unable to enforce peace.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Declare offensive war, with war goal in subject state territory. Wait for war leader/overlord to integrate subject, watch war goal disappear.
