Siege won without assaulting instantly on peace deal

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I am involved in 2 defensive wars. Enemy X and enemy Y attacks me in 2 seperate wars. Enemy X and enemy Y have armies both and siege a fort. Enemy X arrived first in the fort and started sieging it. If i peace out enemy X then the fort immediately falls and goes into the possesion of Enemy Y .
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get involved in 2 defensive wars. Enemy X and enemy Y attacks me in 2 seperate wars. Enemy X and enemy Y have armies both and siege a fort. Enemy X arrived first in the fort and started sieging it. If i peace out enemy X then the fort immediately falls and goes into the possesion of Enemy Y .
