Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have an announcement that some characters are imprisoned abroad. In fact they live in my realm (it´s after war with Messene as Sparta). It´s reducing my stability by a bit. Plus I can see them twice when I search them.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
