I have a few questions about staff and services:
- what does safety do? increase the price of the tickets? reduce costs of breakdowns? I can't seem to find an explanation anywhere.
- What does comfort do? increase demand? increase prices of tickets?
- does punctuality actually affect your flights being on time?
- cost reduction reduces which costs? the flight's costs? the airport tax? employee's salary?
- ancilliary revenue increases flight profits?
