I don't understand how staff attributes affect your airline

I have a few questions about staff and services:

• what does safety do? increase the price of the tickets? reduce costs of breakdowns? I can't seem to find an explanation anywhere.
• What does comfort do? increase demand? increase prices of tickets?
• does punctuality actually affect your flights being on time?
• cost reduction reduces which costs? the flight's costs? the airport tax? employee's salary?
• ancilliary revenue increases flight profits?

Thanks for your help, I didnt find any documentation on the faqs.

You pretty much answer them all

But I'm going to clarify a few things for you.
-Safety does not increase Ticket Price or Reduce the Breakdown Cost. It pretty much reduce the chance of your Aircraft getting Hijacked or anything bad
-Comfort might Increase Both the (Recommended)Ticket Price and Demand for Long-Haul Flights
-Yup! Punctuality helps your Flight to stay on its schedule
-Cost Reduction only reduce Flight Cost but you can unlocked in the R&D that can reduce Employee's Salary(You can reduce Tax by Tax Credits)
-Ancillary Revenue Increase your Flight Profit From non-ticket sources like baggage fees, on-board services and etc.

Safety and Comfort is mostly good on Long Haul Flights While Punctuality and Cost Reduction are very beneficial for Short Haul Flights.
