I released France whilst playing as Great Britain.
It had to be done... Burgundy has become too wild. There will always be a Frenchman to fight an Englishman, but I do not think both should be garbed in red. So there I was, losing land to Burgundy's unbeatable hordes... the turn of the century, the 17th of our Lord... and so I did it. The last French lands released to a Duke, a minor noble of the Capet dynasty.
I do it so all those brave men, the English, the Welsh, the Scots... even the Irish, I do it so they did not die in vain.
Let us hope this has not doomed me further.
