I have this problem all the time with HOI: When I send expeditionary forces, when they return I can't assign leaders anymore to any troop! The screen where you select the leader goes very slow and you cannot click on the leader's picture to assign it.
I have been looking in the forums for someone else reporting this bug but I didn't find nothing. I'm the only one? I have all the patches and this thing happens also with CORE.
