I have Winrar and I cant seem to extract the files to my EU2 copy file or the original. Please someone shed some light on this so I can experience these updated scenarios.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
If winrar is givng you problems unzip the files elsewhere than copy and paste them to the EU2 folder.
If you have windows vista make sure you can get permission to unload the files to the chosen location ( in this case the EU2 folder). Vista never lets me move things into program files so I have my games in documents now. I am the only profile on the computer, I have admin status on the computer, yet vista routinely tells me I am not an admin and can't perform the desired function.
