Hi, just like mentioned in topic im looking for a way to track my vassals wars both internal and external without help of mods that preventing achievements 
How track wars without mods?

The only thing that comes to mind would be pinning all of your vassals, and then just checking them once a month or year or something.
Well, that's the only reasonable thing.
The unreasonable thing would be to write a tool that reads the save file and gives you a pretty list.
