How to edit provinces on a map?

How is this done? Just asking, I am using the E3 map and it has east and west Berlin which is not relevant as much for Timeline 191. Thanks in advance

I'm currently working with E3map and the question is - do you have E3 or E3FN? In general, there are at least two of them. There is also a version with bug fixes, but, unfortunately, there is no logical sorting of this map. Sorry if it's not relevant!
