So unbelievably FRUSTRATED!!!
I am playing as the USA in HOI4 Man the Guns. I want to create multiple classes of 1936 DDs. I can create one easily enough. I have plenty of naval experience points. But every time I try to create a 'new' class of DD, it simply modifies the existing one! I've tried every button I can see multiple times! Please help!
