How does the fascist American civil war work?

Is Fascist USA civil war prescripted? The Neutral states never spawned, all but the south went for constitutionalists. I ragequit because I was totally outnumbered.

Neutral states only spawns for communist civil war. You do get extra states in the midwest if you work with the bund. It's a fairly difficult war since irrc the original goal was for it to merge into WW2, but I was able to do it back when Man the Guns first came out

If you form freikors and use Bund, it is very winable. Especially, if you build MIC in confederate states.

I don't remember freikops or bund being an element in the war.

If you complete the focus "Work with the bund" before the war starts then Ohio, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan remain with you.
Completing "Recruit the free corps" then you get a decision which spawns free divisions.
Try and complete both of these before the civil war starts.

You can kick faction members, disband the faction, and you get war score from other faction members in the peace deal.
