Hi
I got EU yesterday, and there's one aspect on army movements, I'm a bit confused about.
I invaded a province, and defeat the field army, but my victorious army withdrew under a white flag. Is it because the size of the army is less than the size of the city garrison? Where can I see how large the city garrison is?
In another invasion I managed to lay siege to a city, but when I tried to reinforce the besieging army with an army heavy in artillery, I was unable to move it into the enemy province. I guess it is because it is smaller than the enemy garrison, but surely there must be a way to reinforce armies?
I'll appreciate any help,
The Emp (well, really not yet)

Uhm... nice province. I
think I'll take it.
