Im looking at the chassis files but I dont see a variable that says right torso missile 1/1 or anything like that. I was to make a stalker with 2 missile slots per arm and torso, possibly the crappy non star atlas the same way, probably all 9/9 for that one.
 
You have to type out each hard point.
So hunchback p will be
Energy energy energy energy energy energy
For the right torso

Something like that

Each hardpoint is an entry that looks roughly like this:

And you'd have that entry 4 times if you had 4 hardpoints of that type in a location.

Note that all of them but the final one in a location need the comma after the closing bracket, the last one can't have the comma.
