How do I make a own country in HoI??

Hi I want to make a new country ( Bosnia and Hercegovina ).
I have been trying to read in this page:

But i cant understand could somebody easyli tell how to do this in english or swedish.
I am from Sweden but parents from Bosnia.
Plzz somebody help me.

I'd suggest reading the whole site, and testing stuff as you go.

It might look really complex to begin with, so you might want to start with somehting simple - like savegame editing to add cores and/or change province control.

Once you have gotten a hang on the basic premises, it'll be a lot easier to understand and edit the rest.
