Im playing with ottomans and crimea is my tributary state.How can i release it there is no interactions in subjects part?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
In the diplomacy tab there's an interaction called Cancel tributary, you have to use that. It will create a 5 year truce between you, but that's it.

Do you have the mandate of heaven DLC? Without it you are not supposed to have tributaries, but the event doesn't account for this and you get this kind of broken subject. I'm not sure how to fix it. Maybe declaring war on them or one of their allies allows you to annex their provinces or breaks the tributary relationship
