We've just released a hotfix to address a few issues:
-'A Breach Between Worlds' will now update correctly when speaking with Sage Hieronymus.
-- This fix will retroactively restore any quests that were not updating when the character returns to 'Oldwalls Breach'.
- Characters will now spawn in the correct positions and advance both Bones of the Beast and Blood of the Beast, when players first return to Bastard's Wound after confronting Lexeme.
-- Players affected by this bug are encouraged to load a save prior to returning to Bastard's Wound or reach out to Obsidian (via the Tyranny Support Forums) for support in fixing their saves.
