Description
It seems that the new aircraft interception mechanic messed up with the calculations of air battles in some air regions.
So planes might not engage in battle at all or planes might just shoot down enemy without any loses

Steps to Reproduce
1. load the save
2. disable ai
2. check air battle in Malaya region

Can confirm, this is a present and game ruining bug, especially in multiplayer, still present in 1.12.7
