Hired event advisor randomly changed to a different person

Description​

Hired Robert Shirley from "The Arrival of the Shirley Brothers" Persian event. Went to look at court and he was replaced by a random advisor that was 100% more expensive. He didn't die either, as I only noticed the different advisor after a different one died. Anglican religion didn't spawn, but he was Anglican if that could be the cause

Steps to reproduce​

Play as Ardabil, form Persia with King of Kings DLC.
Wait for "The Arrival of the Shirley Brothers" event to fire.
Hire Robert Shirley
Check court after awhile

You got the 100% more expansive advisor, because you enacted the decision Select Grand Vizier and selected "Hire an Army Reformer." in its event. The grand vizier replaces whichever other advisor you had before.
