Here be dragons quest activation

I bought the here be dragons quest but can't figure out where I need to go to start it.

I think you have to finish the main story line for the current game or NG+ that you are on, and then a quest icon will appear in...I think the Plains of Null, or whichever place is to the left of Zeroth Point.
