Hi
I have tried 20 times now as Greece to get investment from either Britain or France.
Have improved relations to +100.
It keeps getting rejected and I keep losing stability.

This must be a bug.

Sucks because I really wanted to go down that path.
Thank god I am not playing in Ironman.

Hope it will get fixed.
