Well...i get this problem when i try to play two countries in my laptop...

The second country gets these graphics problems...with certain gfx not displayed properly!

This is an old HoI issue...as we always got this problem when we alt tabbed while the game was loading...

As long as we did not alt tab when the game was launching...we got no problem at all...

But this time it seems unavoidable !

Any clue...anybody ?

Mmh. Cannot reproduce. Do not tab out during any loading screen and it should be fine?

I did two tests:
  1. Singleplayer, same directory
    • start instance A
    • wait for Main Menu
    • alt-tab out
    • start instance B
    • wait for Main Menu
    • alt-tab to A
    • start single player game
    • wait for worldmap
      • all fine
    • alt-tab to B
    • start single player game
    • wait for worldmap
      • all fine
  2. Multiplayer, same directory
    • start instance A
    • wait for Main Menu
    • enter Multiplayer/Local Area/Host
    • select country
    • alt-tab out
    • start instance B
    • wait for Main Menu
    • enter Multiplayer/Local Area/Join
    • select country
    • alt-tab to A
    • start game
    • wait for worldmap
      • all fine
    • alt-tab to B
      • all fine
If you keep having problems, mayhap try to avoid tabbing between instances while the game is not paused, but usually this should work fine. Everything beyond a loading screen should be safe - on the same computer more so than over a genuine network.

Well...that's exactly what i do...but graphics keep messing...

I used to play 3v3 with a friend of mine...and each of us controlled 3 major countries...
But this was in my desktop pc...

Nowadays i do not own a desktop pc but a laptop...

Well, if it is any consolidation, the purpose of 1.11 expressly is to address such issues (also, among them, the unpractical windowed mode).
... It just will take a while.

addendum:

If your machine supports a 16 bit colour mode, you might want to try playing A04 in windowed mode.
So far I only got such artifacts in genuine fullscreen mode.
