I bought the game at steam. When trying to start the game in the launcher it says it cant start the game. When starting the ck3.exe the game crashes after around 3-4 Minutes in the loading screen. I already uninstalled the game and installed it again but that didn't help.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK3/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/CK3/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Hmm I guess this card is technically supported? your drivers seem really old 19.08.2015 so I'd probably start with a driver update

I have to start the game using the ck3.exe and not the launcher but at least it works now. Thank you very much for your help!
Sort of interesting, seems to point to the launcher being corrupted i guess
