Game did not Start

I purchased this game through Microsoft (Win10 version). The game works perfectly on this platform. However, no mods (to improve traffic rules) can be installed. Today I bought the game on Steam. There the following error message appears when starting and the game cannot be opened.

That looks like Citrix Workspace acting up. It's an issue that has been ingoing for a while and I have no idea why it hasn't been sorted. Uninstall Citrix, then launch the game and you should see it working.
