Game crashes when loading a saved prison

Two issues:

1- The game crashes every-time I load my prison. I tried loading a different prison, and the same thing happened. I tried loading from Steam Cloud save and locally, the same issue persists.

2- Plus, the cooks are operating phone taps, cctv, retrieving bodies, and laundry.

This really makes the game unplayable. Assistance is appreciated.
