game crash

when i start a game with no assets mods or anything enabled
after like 2 seconds of moving my camera
the game crashes ive tried this with 4 maps they all crashed

im using the epic games version of the game

You have to get your games output log, probably somewhere in the epic folder.. no idea where that is located.
The dxdiag is described how to get it in the post above your post.

Select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results, then select Save All Information to save the information as a .txt file.

The other file we need is the output_log.txt which can be found in the Cities_Data folder where the game is installed. If you have the game on Steam, you can simply right-click on the game in your Library, select Manage and then Browse Local Files. Then go into the Cities_Data folder and found the output_log.txt

Both files can be attached directly when replying by using the Attach Files button at the bottom left.

ok i have limited wifi so if i download too much my internet just dies so i have to wait
