Fleet Strength Changes Suddenly

Latest console version with Synthetic DLC.

I have fleets that were previously 140k firepower drop to 90k firepower while docked for no apparent reason.

Not all fleets, just about half of a batch of 24. The change remains constant even if I swap leaders. Eventually the numbers just change back.

No jumps were used by the affected fleets, they are just sitting around chilling at my starbase.

Had this as well, but not to that extreme. Maybe 10k drop at worst. No idea what caused it; my solution was to build more fleets and abuse the exotic resources *shrug*

Edict which boost your fleets ran out maybe?

Is the system they're docked in have a pulsar as the center or anything but a sun?
