Flag and Shield request

Please, please, please, could someone make a shield (all sizes) and flag for Alberta for EU2?

There are plenty of examples of the flag on the web, but here is an official Government of Alberta page outlining both.

I very well know that Alberta is outside the EU2 time frame, and heck, even that Alberta itself is completely PTI. I would like both just for a personal fantasy scenario.

Mad King James (since you're the only one I know who does flags), I'd be eternally in your debt. Or if someone can only do the shield, I would still be very, very grateful.
