EUIV on the new M1 MacBook Air

I was hoping someone might take the plunge before me...

But happy to report that EUIV plays much better on the entry level new Air than it did on the old Intel one even under emulation.

Good to hear, my old mbp from 2010 really starting to have problems running it ok.
What kind of graphic settings you using?
Are there any lag?

im looking to buy the new mbp 13 with M1.
You havnt tryed hoi4 or ck3?

Good point. I had wound down all the settings to keep it going on my old MacBook. So, now I've tested with graphics on full, speed on five and a big war in the 1750s, and it runs very fast. The new MacBook Pro will be even faster.

Not tried CK or HoI. I'll be trying Civ VI next which I couldn't run at all and then Stellaris.
