Enabled Mods wont loade

Hey, since the last DLC the mods I enable in the launcher dont loade ingame anymore. Launcher says they are enabled, but the game loades without any mod. Tryed diffrent mods, redownloaded them, deleted .mod files, resubscribed them in workshop. I also reinstalled the whoole game. Nothing seems to work.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

It also doesnt create new .mod files, when i launche.
