while playing one of the bigger NPC-Empires took on a vassal, but the event text was wrong. Instead of saying "small nation" is now a vassal of the "big empire" it read exactly the other way around. Sadly I clicked it too fast and couldn't take a screenshot. Fortunately the same happened when the empire changed it to a protectorate. Of that I have screenshot which I will upload with this post.
The first picture is just the notification with the screen of the bigger empire, in the second one I hover over the icon in the diplomacy screen of the big empire.
