EEP 1.42a 1419 scenario crashes

I have seen this posted by others on this forum but I haven't seen anybody list a solution. I just downloaded EEP 1.42a from the sticky lick and whenever I try to load the 1419 scenario it crashes to the desktop. The 1520 version loads fine. I have tried loading the 1419 with the fantasy on and off, and the independent wales on and off. I tried it with the version 1.07b version of EUII but that doesn't work either. I am currently running the 1.08 version of EUII, does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you very much,

Firstly, are you sure you've fully patched up EEP? The last version was 1.42b. Secondly, have you made sure that you have the "Using Betas" option selected?

Also, are you getting any error messages? If so, could you post them?
