Duke and King frames recolor (updated)

I was bored. I recolored the frames. Dukes have a bluer ribbon and Kings have a redder red. I also made the gold on the king frame look like a better quality gold from the other two.

Updated: Somehow the green mask got messed up on duke. :eek:o
These will also no longer be auto removed because I used a different host.
