Does Entropic Necrophagy negate Sprouting Infestation, Bleak Essence, or Xenoplague?

Corpse destruction seems to affect some things but I am not sure exactly what.

Does it affect the appearance of a Sprout from Sprouting Infestation after an infected unit dies? Does it affect the creation of a Desolate from a unit that had Bleak Essence?

For that matter does it affect creation of new Xenoplague units from infected dead enemy ones?
