Does Cities motion 2 support integrated video cards (intel hd 520) ?

Dear Sir or Madame,

I would like to ask if Cities in motion 2 supports integrated video cards? I have 4 gb ram, cpu: intel i3 6100U and intel hd 520 video game card. I have read it Cities in motion and Cities skylines does not support integrated video cards (intel hd) but I have not seen this label on steam and paradoxplaza about cities in motion 2 therefore I think cities motion 2 may be good with integrated video cards.

Do I think it well?

Is it enough to minimal windows system requirements? I wrote my system specs up.

The Steam store page says:

Graphics:nVIDIA GeForce 8800, 512 MB RAM or ATI Radeon HD 3850, 512 MB RAM

Intels have no VRam, so do not meet that spec.
