This is one of those simple and ungamechanging (is it even a word?) minor suggestions, that barely anyone would see.
Wouldn't it be cool, if there were 3D dodo models in EU4? You know, those funny, pigeon-like, flightless birds from Mauritius, extinct like 50 years after they was discoverd by the Europeans.
At the moment, there are about 10 different animal models, such as pandas, polar bears, seals, kangaroos, mooses, and I think, that dodo would be a fine addition.
If, somehow, you don't know what dodo is and how it looks (shame, shame, shame!), this picture should be more than enough.
