DLC completely gone from my account.

As the title suggests, the Humanoids Species Pack is gone from my Steam account. I haven't played Stellaris for a few months but wanted to get into it again following the upcoming DLC. But I noticed that the Humanoids Species Pack is just straight up gone from my account. The store page doesn't mention it in my library and requires me to buy it.

I've had this problem where I had to restart Stellaris after booting it up once because the DLC didn't activate for some reason. But now as said I don't even own the DLC anymore.

Is this a common problem? If so has a fix been found? Otherwise I'd like someone to look into it with me and hopefully find a solution, or another workaround.

The only way anything gets removed from a Steam library is if Steam remove it. You don't seem to have bought that DLC from us, did you get it from Steam directly or some third party?

If from Steam directly it will be in your purchase records there, if so you can contact their account support and ask why it was removed.

If it was from some third party, who was that exactly please?

I asked the question both here and on Steam just incase but I'm pretty sure it is a Steam issue.

I believe I bought it from G2A 2 years ago from what the site said was a trusted seller, using a gift card I recieved.

G2A are a grey market vendor who resell keys that can be stolen or bought with fraudulent credit cards. We got none of your purchase money, which is why they are so cheap.

Almost certainly Steam have detected that and revoked those keys.
