When I want to play (ck3), the game gives me a warning sign next to play button and it is saying that I should not resuming the game because it has a different version. So what should I do ? I hope you help me

What game version does the save game say say it is? If it says 1.6 or later you should be okay.
If it is earlier than that, you'll need to revert to that version in the Steam betas tab for the game.
