Is there somewhere, where I can get the Demo of this game?

I don't know any place for an official demo, but Steam does provide full refunds as long as you haven't played too much and put in the refund request within two weeks of purchase. But it is better to check through the constraints from Steam before buying the game if you intend to do that. And of course the refund will be steam credits, so you can't bring them out of the ecosystem.

I see... but I was watching the gameplay and the game is going well until people start arriving... a lot of people with many psychological problems, drunk, paranoid, delusional... I have enough of that here around me in the real life to continue spending it stressed in a game...

you can filter-out people with problems so they would not board your rocket.
Later tech gives you the Sanatorium to cure these issues
