Neither the PlayStation nor Xbox’s product pages for the Deluxe Edition indicate in any way that the Leviathans, Utopia, and Plantoid packs won’t be available upon release. The wording would definitely lead you to expect them on launch.
To be clear, I absolutely don’t mind that they’ll be coming later, am comfortable supporting the Console Edition by buying the Deluxe and getting them whenever they release. I just think the wording on the pages should be updated so people aren’t misled and can make an informed decision on which to get.
