Custom sponsor not working

have not play in a bit buy my custom sponsor with wasp drones is not working
the sponsor show in the menu but the drones do not show for rockets are supply pods
it only works for japan is this a bug and is there a way to fix.

I have the problem that I created a Sponsor, it is also loaded. BUT he does not appear in the Sponsor List. I don't know what I'm doing wrong there. Can someone please give me a tip.

as additional info: i own the main game plus all released DLCs.
