CTD on loading flags... still.

So I'm having the old CTD on loading flags.

I've installed all the dirextX updates AND did a full clean install (everything game-related, including the enitre folder where savegames and flags are located).

Now the game works. Once.

Once I quit the game, and try to load it again, the problem comes back. When I delete the "Flags" folder, I get past "Processing flags" before it crashes.

Try another clean instal? Same damn thing happens.

What is there left for me to do?
