So, a weird thing.
My king now holds the titles to Kingdom of Eire (ireland), Kingdom of Bhreatain Bheag (wales) and Kingdom of Alba (scotland). Primary title is kingdom of eire that has High Crown Authority, kingdom of Alba was usurped and has Minimal Crown Authority.
Now if I switch my primary title to kingdom of alba, it automatically gets high crown autority as well. Vassals in it's de jure teritory, show no penalty for introducing higher crown authority, but do show proper penalty for having, NOT introducing high crown authority. And Primogeniture and other succecion law changes are now possible for kingdom of Alba (before any changes it has gavelkind).
Is that common knowlege (if there is such a thing in ck2), or even intended? Or should be considered a bug?
