Country Modding - How to add/change/edit/create a new country in Imperator rome? (Wikipedia guide is outdated)

Hey!

The title is exactly what my question is, could moderation edit the wikipedia guide so it resembles the actual state of game files? From what I've seen there's no longer "Countries" file in common, also the guide is not so specific, therefore it's hard to even start.

Its a small issue but decided to put it here, since it's important element of game's final development.

I think the tech forum is the worng place for this request - IMO, the modding forum would fit. Also because the wiki being community-maintained, so in the modding forum it is more likely that someone having modding insight sees it and can fix the guide.

And yes, you can update the wiki yourself, that's the idea of it!
