I might have missed this in the dev diary or other posts(s), but will there be the element of 'competition' (multiple transport companies in the same city) in the game? I can't imagine that there won't be but haven't seen anything in writing about it.

With previous public transport simulators (Transport Tycoon, Locomotion, etc.) I always found it to be difficult to *directly* compete with another company over passengers, cargo, etc. on a route. Sure, I could create a bus route identical to one of my competitors' but the game mechanics tended to see these as two unrelated routes.

Besides there being other companies to compete with in the game (which there should be!), it would be great to see more worked-out competition mechanics. Passengers could choose based on price, route length/duration, vehicle quality, safety standards and stop/terminal/station location.
