Based on the new information in the latest DD, is the compatibility of this mod for the CK2 to EU4 converter going to be reconsidered?

I guess that depends almost entirely on PDS and how good of an update we get.
In any case, work on the mod will always have priority over converter.

To anwer your question, it will be reconsidered, but reconsidering something doesn't mean it will happen.
