Important update fixing some critical bugs in factions and wars.
Should be fully compatible with save games made with beta 6.

• Fixed trade post bribes coming from yourself instead of the patrician
• Reduced tribal government vassal limit malus
• Fixed learned non-theocratic vassals being eligible court spirituals
• Fixed Plus factions always being content
• Unneutered subjugated vassals - they now vehemently dislike being subjugated and are no longer excluded from hostile factions
• Fixed localisation on attempted conversion
• Fixed AI not declaring many wars
• Fixed tracking years_of_peace for non-rulers
• Fixed vassals leaving factions when 'busy'
• Fixed not showing faction members voting results of no-confidence vote against leader
• Fancied up Plus faction mood adjustment tooltips

I think this mod may have broken Child of Destiny, I've got the bloodline but not the invasion cb

Does anyone know how to add localisation? The israeli culture has no localisation so I tried adding localisation, but those provinces became unselectable.
