Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I have the german version of the game. If I want to name my child and my name starts with "He" (e.g. "Henrik", "Hermann"), the characters "He" will instantaneous be replaced by "Er". If I name my child with a name starting with "She" (e.g. Sheela), the characters "She" will instantaneous be replaced by "Sie".
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
It's easy to reproduce in a new game, just wait for your child to be born and try to name it "Hermann".
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
This can be workaround by typing the name while ignoring the issue and change the first two characters afterwards.
The issue only happens, if "He" or "She" is the only content of the string.
"He" and "She" is English and can be translated to "Er" and "Sie" in German.
I assume, that there is a real time translation engine working and as soon as it detects the English word, it will be real time translated.
I could not reproduce it with the French version and did not test other languages, but maybe this real-time-name-translation-feature is exclusive for the German version.
