Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Using sliders in the ruler designer, especially for facial features, will slowly use up all available RAM. Causes system instability.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Go into ruler designer and just run facial sliders back and forth until RAM runs out. Fastest way to do it.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Having the same problem but I just wanted to add that a temporary workaround for me was using GeforceNow (free version) to create my character in the ruler designer, then start a game, cloud save and switch to my own pc.

Edit: Just wanted to add that the issue has been resolved (at least for me) by the latest patch. Thanks Paradox!
