Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My lord (emperor) decided to give to my character (king) one of his vassasl that has some of my kingdom's de jure lands. The message has missing text and graphics so I don't know who is the vassal I'm receiving. I'm playing with a clothes mod that i have disabled and the problem persist. Anyway, with the mod enabled the problem dissapear when I set the game to English.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Set the game to Spanish and receiving a vassal from your lord.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Another spanish bug.
The Game is totaly bugged, paradox when are you going to Fix It?

Ok so now we can say spanish localisation is the worst one. You sell us a game in our language but in fact that's not true because there are tons of missing texts, so the game become unplayable and unenjoyable.

Fix this...
