Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I have noticed during my gameplay that I have monetary problems, despite ransom alot of people. I than noticed that the money I should get as ransom is not correctly added to my account. I got several times just something around 30 gold instead of the 105.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Caputre someone, than make them pay.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

This is a known bug related to the perk "golden obligations"
But there is a way around if you want the full payment. Release the prisoners instead in exchange for a favor and then you can demand payment.
